a new year
Personally, 2022 was quite an uneventful year that ended on a very eventful note. We were in Malaysia for a week, with friends, and enjoyed every bit of our stay there. It helped us unwind and forget about work and domestic life and just be there in the moment.
I'm not big on resolutions but the start of the year seems like a good time to make some. As corny as it might sound, this year will be a year of growth and learning. It's been far too long since things have sort of stagnated. This year will be a year of considerable creative output; a year of eating right, eating light; and most importantly, a year of heeding the advice of Maverick -- Be ready to forget the book; trust your instincts; don't think, just do.
